What to Expect
We begin distribution at 4:00pm. Please do not line up before 3:45pm. When we open the doors at 4:00pm, we give out numbers in random order. There is no reason to come early and wait in line.
If you are flexible on timing, we highly recommend coming between 5:30-7:30pm when it is less busy!
Once you receive a number, you will wait for it to be called. We have indoor and outdoor seating available. When your number is called, you will come to the front desk to check-in with a volunteer or register for the first time.
If this is your first time, welcome! We will ask for proof of address (we just need one form of identification and accept: ID, driver's license, utility bill, lease/mortgage) and some additional information about your household (number of people living with you, birthdates, etc.).
After that, a volunteer will help you shop through the pantry. The pantry is set up like a mini grocery store and you can make choices that work best for your household. Each area is labeled with the amount of items you can take from each section. If you do not want something, you do not need to take it.
You can expect to go home with 75+ pounds of fresh produce, dairy, meat, bread, and quality canned and dry food, as well as, personal items and household goods.
The pantry is located on the first floor, in an accessible space. Bathrooms and a drinking fountain are also available.
